Repsol Honda RC213V has enjoyed a great success at the tracks of the 2016 MotoGP. Commemorating the occasion, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has announced a special edition of the CBR 250R sportbike – Honda CBR 250R Repsol Racing Replica Edition. To be available in two different variants – Marc Márquez 93 and DaniPedrosa 26 – this special edition is inspired by the legendary RC213V. Bookings for the Honda CBR 250R Repsol edition have been commenced at the Honda Exclusive Authorised dealerships across the country.
Painted in an all-new colour, the new CBR 250R special edition features MotoGP graphics that signify the legacy of the renowned Repsol Honda Team’s racers – Marc Márquez(93) and DaniPedrosa(26). Power for this special edition comes from a 250cc, 4-stroke, 4-valve single –cylinder, liquid-cooled DOHC engine boosted with an electronically controlled fuel injection technology – PGM-FI. This system has significant impact on the overall performance and fuel efficiency of the bike.

The power source of the Honda CBR 250R Repsol Edition is also benefited with O2 Sensor and Catalytic converter that makes it more eco-friendly. This also helps the bike comply the Euro IV Emission norms. The power and torque figures of this powertrain stand at 26bhp and 22.9Nm (at 7,000rpm) respectively. The Repsol limited edition also gets combined anti-lock braking system. Honda says that the Honda CBR 250R Repsol, with unrivalled comfort, superb throttle and fun of maneuvering, will surely woo the riders’ senses.
