On the back of Amaze and City sedan, Honda Cars India is riding high on the success. Now, the company is all set to launch the Mobilio MPV in the Indian car market. Honda believes that Mobilio will further strengthen their market share in the country. It will compete against the likes of Maruti Suzuki Ertiga & Chevrolet Enjoy. It is also expected that the top spec model will also rival the Innova MPV. This model is offered in both petrol and diesel guise- a 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol and 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel, which also powers the City sedan. Based on the Brio hatchback, the Mobilio MPV is 4.4 metre in length and it is expected to be the most fuel efficient MPV in the country. It is expected to be launched in July this year and is likely to cost around Rs. 6.5 to 10 lakh.
