Honda BR-V, Accord, Civic Diesel, CR-V Diesel Discontinued?

Honda Accord India

Honda Cars India has made some changes to its product portfolio by removing the BR-V compact SUV and Accord Hybrid sedan. In fact, the carmaker has also scrapped out the diesel version of the CR-V SUV and Civic premium saloon. Now, both models are available with petrol powertrain only. While there is no official word on the same, the Honda Civic and CR-V diesel are likely to be re-introduced with the BS6-compliant engines.

The Honda BR-V and Accord Hybrid are likely to be discontinued due to their poor sales. The Japanese carmaker is ready to bring in the BS6-compliant Honda Jazz hatchback and WR-V facelift in coming weeks. Pre-bookings of the updated WR-V have already been commenced at dealership level. It can be reserved by paying a sum of Rs 21,000.
