To celebrate the upcoming festive season, Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL) has launched the ‘Celebration Edition’ of its top-selling compact sedan Honda Amaze and 7-seater Mobilio MPV. The Celebration Edition of both the vehicles gets new body graphics and a special edition badge.
The Honda Amaze and Mobilio Celebration Editions receive comprehensive changes inside the cabin. Both the models feature more premium upholstery than the regular models. The new upholstery includes a new steering wheel cover, designer seat covers and cushions and floor mats. Honda also offers its highest selling shades on these special editions – Orchid White Pearl and Taffeta White. The ‘Celebration Edition’ will be available across all trims of the Amaze and Mobilio. Buyers will have to pay no extra amount over the chosen trim to avail these special features.
Since these are just special editions, no mechanical changes have made to the cars. Powering the Honda Amaze Celebration Edition is the same 1.2-litre, i-VTEC petrol and 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel engine that produce a maximum power of 86.7bhp with 109Nm of torque and 98.6bhp with 200Nm respectively. The Honda Mobilio Celebration Edition is propelled by a 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol and a 1.5-litre, i-DTEC diesel, which are good for 117.3bhp and 98.6bhp respectively.
