In a bid to increase its market share in India, Hero MotorCorp is planning to introduce three new products by the end of this fiscal year. While the company will mark its entry in the 125cc scooter segment in the fourth quarter of this financial year, the other two models are reportedly to arrive in 2018 or 2019. Besides these three vehicles, the home-grown two-wheeler manufacturer will foray into the premium 200cc sports bike segment by the end of this fiscal. Though the company has not revealed the name of the product, it is likely to be the long-awaited Hero Xtreme 200S.
Just to jog your memory, the all-new Hero Xtreme 200S had its India debut at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo. Interestingly, it will be the first Hero bike in the growing 200-250cc segment. The production-ready version of the Xtreme 200 S is likely to remain true to its concept. Though, it might feature some evolved design elements making it sportier than the model that we have seen at the biennial event previous year. The naked bike features multiple aggressive styling bits such as an edgy headlamp and sculpted fuel tank with aerodynamic shrouds. Both the headlamp and the tail-lamp will get LED elements. Its digital instrument console gets an analogue tachometer. Check Out – Upcoming Hero Bikes in India
