Hero Maestro Edge 125 and Duet 125 could be priced around Rs 55,000 and Rs 52,000 respectively.

In a bit to strengthen its market in the 125cc scooter segment, Hero MotoCorp is planning to bring two models – the Maestro Edge 125 and the Duet 125. Both the scooters were put up on display at the 2018 Delhi Auto Expo. As par a media report, the Hero Maestro Edge 125 and Hero Duet 125 will see a release next month (i.e. September, 2018).

While the official prices of the scooters will be revealed in coming months, speculations suggest that the Hero Maestro Edge 125 could be priced around Rs 55,000 and the Hero Duet 125 might come with a price tag of Rs 52,000. Read – 2018 Hero Karizma Re-launched in India

Both Hero 125cc scooters share the engine – i.e. 125cc, single-cylinder motor. This powertrain comes boosted with Hero i3S (Idle Stop-Start System) technology ensuring better fuel efficiency. Talking about the Hero Maestro Edge 125, the scooter features a new body graphics and fibre body panels. It comes fitted with 12-inch front and 10-inch rear alloy wheels, a remote key opening and an optional disc brake. The Hero Duet 125 has all-metal body with features such as mobile charging port, boot light, an external fuel cap and telescopic front forks. It gets 10-inch alloy wheels at the front and rear axles. Buyers will get four paint schemes with the scooter including Panther Black, Noble Red, Pearl Silver White and Chestnut Bronze. Features such as a semi-digital instrument cluster with service indicator, dual-tone mirrors, tubeless tyres and Integrated Braking System are offered on both the scooters.
