Engine details of the 2020 Ford Bronco are yet to be revealed. Though, the carmaker has hinted that it might make use of the hybrid technology (petrol engine + electric motor). Speculations are also on rife that it might share its powertrain with the 2019 Ford Ranger – i.e. a 2.3-litre EcoBoost turbocharged petrol unit. The 2020 Bronco might come with all-wheel-drive (AWD) system.

Along with the 2020 Ford Bronco, the American carmaker also teased a new compact SUV that will be positioned below the former in the company’s US lineup. The name and details of the vehicle are still under the wraps. Though, the teaser picture hints at its rugged styling. Ford described the new compact SUV as “designed to win a growing number of people who love getting away and spending time outdoors with their families and friends.” It could be a potential threat to the Jeep Compass in India. Check Out – Upcoming Ford Cars in India
