Fiat India is gearing up to launch the Avventura crossover in the country by early October. Ahead of its launch, we have managed to get our hands on the variant and feature details. The Avventura crossover is offered in thre trim levels- Active, Dynamic and Emotion.
Fiat Avventura Active- This is the base variant, which is equipped with a good amount of safety, comfort and convenience features. The vehicle gets body coloured bumpers, reindeer headlamps, sporty rear spoiler, rear fog lam0ps, side body cladding, roof rails and tailgate mounted spare wheel cover. For passengers’ comfort and convenience, the vehicle gets manual air conditioner with foot level air circulation, power steering, front power windows with ‘Delay & Auto Down’ function, remote keyless entry, tilt adjustable steering column, real-time mileage indicator, trip calculator (Range/Mileage/Average Speed/Duration) and high terrain gauges (Inclinometer/Compass), etc. Its flared wheel arches have been fitted to 16-inch alloys. Adding to it, this variant has double folding rear seats for flexible space management, dual tone dashboard and rear parcel shelf.
The base variant gets decent safety and security features including automatic door lock, central door locking, door open indicator, fire prevention system, immobilizer with rolling code, seat belt warning indicator, etc.
Fiat Avventura Dynamic- It is the mid-level variant in the Avventura model series. Along with the features that are accessible in the lower spec variant, this model gets some additional equipments. It is equipped with body coloured outside rear view mirrors, front fog lamps, fabric insert on door trim & arm rest, electrically adjustable ORVMs, rear power windows and height adjustable drivers’ seat.
This model also gets integrated CD/MP3 & FM player, and USB & AUX-in centre console. Moreover, this variant also gets audio that understands the speed of Avventura (Speed Sensing Volume Control). Along with the basic safety measures, this variant has anti-lock braking system (ABS) with Electronic BrakeForce Distribution (EBD) and Exact door open indicator. This variant is only offered in diesel version- 90bhp, 1.3-litre multi-jet diesel engine.
Fiat Avventura Emotion- The top-of-the line variant is equipped with all the features that are accessible in lower spec variant. This model gets front airbag with early crash sensors and passenger airbag deactivation, 3-point ELR seat belts with pre-tensioners & load limiters and height adjustable front seat belts. Inside the cabin, this variant gets automatic climate control with rear AC vents, leather wrapped steering wheel & gear shift knob, rear seat 60:40 split, etc. Its infotainment system comprises of Blue & Me, Voice recognition, SMS Readout and steering mounted audio controls.
