The Italian marquee brand, Ferrari introduced the all-new GTC4Lusso and GTC4Lusso T in India. While the Ferrari GTC4Lusso with the V12 engine carries a price tag of Rs 5.20 crore, the Ferrari GTC4Lusso T with the V8 engine is priced at Rs 4.20 crore (all, ex-showroom). The new Ferrari comes as a replacement to the FF, and looks sportier than its predecessor.

Power source for the Ferrari GTC4Lusso is the naturally aspirated F140 65-degree V12 engine carried over from the FF. Though, it’s 30bhp more powerful than the latter. The power and torque figures of this V12 engine stand at 681bhp and 697Nm respectively. Paired with a 7-speed dual clutch transmission, this motor can hit 0-100kmph in just 3.4 seconds thus making it 0.3 seconds faster than the FF. It offers a top speed of 345kmph.

On the other hand, the Ferrari GTC4Lusso T derives its power from a 3.9-litre turbocharged V8 engine producing 610bhp of power and 760Nm of torque. This powertrain won the 2017 International Engine of the Year Award for the second consecutive year. It’s 0.2 second slower to 100kmph than the more powerful V12 GTC4Lusso. While the Ferrari GTC4Lusso comes with all-wheel-drive system (AWD) with rear-wheel steering, the Ferrari GTC4Lusso T gets rear-wheel steering only.

Featuring a shooting brake design language, the Ferrari GTC4 Lusso carries an aggressive front fascia. The slightly revised side profile, flared wheel arches, a new rear diffuser, sportier rear fenders and a roof-mounted spoiler add more to its exotic appearance. These styling elements also enhance its aerodynamic performance.

This four-seater Ferrari is loaded with lots of luxury goodies. The GTC4 Lusso is the first Ferrari to get the brand’s dual cockpit display – a driver cockpit and a passenger cockpit. Both of these are separated by a central divide. The car features a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay connectivity, satellite navigation and split view. The high-quality leather across the cabin enhances its premium feel and appeal. Compared to the FF, the GTC4 Lusso offers 16mm extra legroom to the rear seat occupants.
