Ford India launched the facelift of the EcoSport compact SUV at a starting price of Rs 7.31 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) in November, 2017. The carline is available with both petrol and diesel powertrains. The Ambiente, Trend and Titanium petrol trims come with a 5-speed manual gearbox, and the Trend+ and Titanium+ variants get a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Now, the company has introduced the 5-speed manual gearbox on the Titanium+ petrol trim as well. The new manual petrol variant has been priced at Rs 10.47 (ex-showroom, Delhi). All five diesel variants are continued to come with a 5-speed manual gearbox only. Read – Tata Nexon Vs Ford EcoSport

The Titanium+ trim is the fully-loaded trim of the carline. Features such as Isofix child-seat mounts at the rear, cruise control with adjustable speed-limiting device, side and curtain airbags, reversing camera, tyre pressure monitoring system, automatic wipers, automatic headlamps, illuminated glove box and paddle shifters (automatic only) are exclusively offered on the range-topping variant. Powering the new EcoSport Titanium+ manual petrol model is the 1.5-litre, 3-cylinder engine that’s good for 120bhp at 6,500rpm and 150Nm of torque at 4,500rpm. The mileage figure of this gasoline unit stands at 17kmpl (MT) and 14.8kmpl (AT).
