As promised, Nissan’s low cost car brand Datsun has honoured Rio Olympic silver medallist by presenting her with the new Datsun redi-GO Sport. For people not in the know, the rediGO Sport Limited Edition was launched in the country on September 29, 2016 in the presence of Sakshi Malik. Malik was also the first customer of the redi-GO Sport.

Other changes include sporty roof spoiler, remote keyless entry, rear parking sensor, front power windows, etc. It comes in three new body colours – Ruby, White and Grey. Based on the top-of-the-line variant, the redi-GO Sport is priced at Rs 3.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Since it’s only a limited edition, it receives no mechanical changes. It continues to feature the same 800cc, 3-cylinder, petrol mill that is good for 53bhp and 72Nm.
