BSA Scrambler 650 Concept Presented At Motorcycle Live

BSA Motorcycle had introduced the Gold Star 650cc retro-styled motorcycle in December 2023. It seems like BSA is working on an all-new 650cc Scrambler, as a new BSA Scrambler concept bike has been revealed at the Motorcycle Live show in Birmingham.

The company is yet to confirm whether the new Scrambler will enter the production model. However, few media reports claim that the BSA Scrambler 650 could be launched sometime in 2023.

BSA Scrambler 650 concept

The pictures from the event reveals that the concept has a rugged styling. It comes equipped with wire-spoke wheels, raised front fender, a single-seat and a headlight grille. BSA calls the motorcycle a concept; however, most of the parts in the bike looks production ready. The motorcycle has long travel suspension, knobby tyres and a new colour that has #28 side plate.

The headlight cover, wide handlebar and wire-spoke wheels show the motorcycle’s off-road styling. The BSA Scrambler 650 features a larger-diameter front wheel with a single brake disc, a dual-exhaust pipe and dual shock absorbers at the rear.

BSA Scrambler 650 features

The concept is fitted with a 652cc, liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that also powers the Goldstar. This engine is capable of producing 46bhp of power and a peak torque of 55Nm. It is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

BSA Scrambler 650 specs

The BSA Scrambler 650 could receive a twin-pod instrument console with a semi-digital layout. There is an analogue speedometer and an LCD for odometer on the left side, while the right side of the concept will have a tachometer and a digital fuel gauge.
