The BS6 Royal Enfield Interceptor Std, Custom and Chrome variants are priced at Rs 2.65 lakh, Rs 2.73 lakh and Rs 2.86 lakh respectively.

While the BS6 Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 Std variant costs Rs 2.80 lakh, the Custom and Chrome models are available at Rs 2.88 lakh and Rs 3.01 lakh respectively. All prices are ex-showroom.

Powering the new Royal Enfield Interceptor and Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 are the same 648cc, parallel-twin, air/oil-cooled engine. The motor is paired to a 6-speed gearbox, and deliver a top power of 47bhp at 7500rpm and 52Nm of torque at 5250rpm. No changes have been made to their suspension and braking mechanism.

BS6 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650

The BS6 Royal Enfield Interceptor and BS6 Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 are equipped with the same telescopic front fork and twin gas charged rear shock absorbers for performing suspension duties. The braking system includes a 320mm front and a 240mm rear disc brake, which is further assisted by dual-channel ABS (anti-lock braking system).
