Buyers can book the 2020 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 BS6 at a token amount of Rs 10,000. Its launch is likely to happen in mid or late February, 2020.
Powering the 2020 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 will be the BS6-compliant version of the existing 649 cc, air and oil cooled, parallel-twin engine boosted with fuel injection technology. In its BS4 form, the Interceptor 650 delivers a peak power of 47bhp at 7,250rpm and 52Nm of torque at 5,250rpm. The BS6 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 is likely to receive minor feature upgrades along with new colour schemes. At present, the bike comes with a price tag of Rs 2.56 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Its 2020 model year is expected to get expensive from Rs 8,000 to Rs 10,000.
