Honda BR-V Gets Feature Update; Prices Start at Rs 12.27 Lakh

The Honda BR-V gets three new features – a Digipad, rear parking camera and rear parking sensors.

Honda Cars India (HCI) has updated the BR-V compact SUV with a range of new features. Now, the compact SUV comes with Honda’s 17.7cm advanced touchscreen audio video navigation (AVN) system, called Digipad. The car also gets rear parking camera and rear parking sensors making it more convenient for customers.

Interestingly, the aforementioned features are being offered only on the VX trim of the BR-V. While the 1.5L VX petrol (MT) version is priced at Rs 12.27 lakh, the 1.5 VX (MT) diesel model costs Rs 13.22 lakh (all, ex-showroom Delhi). Read – New Honda CR-V 7-Seater SUV To Get Diesel Engine

Commenting on the feature update of the Honda BR-V, Mr. Jnaneswar Sen, Sr. Vice President, Marketing & Sales, Honda Cars India Ltd said, “We are delighted to introduce the enriched version of the BR-V for our customers in this festive season. Honda’s advanced infotainment system, the Digipad offers multiple features including in-built satellite-linked 3D navigation, Mirror Link support for Smartphone connectivity and voice commands for media, navigation and calling. It also supports Bluetooth, USB, Micro SD Card, FM, MP3, i-Pod and iPhone. This system also has Smartphone voice assistant activation and internet access. The Honda BR-V carline is available in two engine options – 1.5L i-VTEC petrol and 1.5L i-DTEC diesel. The former makes 118bhp with 145Nm and the latter one offers 98.6bhp with 200Nm. Transmission options on offer are a 6-speed manual and a CVT with paddle shifter.
