BMW India has further expanded the X3 SUV model lineup with the addition of a new base variant. Called the BMW X3 xDrive30i SportX, the new model has been priced at Rs 56.50 lakh (ex-showroom). This makes it around Rs 5 lakh more affordable than the previous entry-level xDrivve 30i Luxury Line variant that costs Rs 61.8 lakh. The SUV’s fully-loaed xDrive 20d Luxury Line model is available at Rs 62.5 lakh. Bookings for the new base variant have already been commenced across the nation.
Benefits Worth Rs 1.50 Lakh
The carmaker is offering benefits worth up to Rs 1.50 lakh on the SUV’s purchase made before midnight 28th February, 2021. It includes BMW Service Inclusive Package and BMW Accessories Package. While the former includes maintenance of any BMW Original Parts and oil requirements for 3 year/ 40,000 km, the latter one has LED door projectors, BMW Display key, universal wireless charger and 2.5PM air filter.
Powertrain
Powering the new BMW X3 xDrive30i SportX is a 2.0L, 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine paired to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The motor has been tuned for making a top power of 252bhp and 350Nm of torque. Power is delivered to all four wheels via BMW’s xDrive AWD system. The SUV is capable to do 0 to 100kmph in 6.3 seconds. The xDrive 20d Luxury Line variant comes equipped with 2.0L, 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine.
