BMW S 310 RR Based on TVS Apache RR 310 Could Look Like This

BMW Motorrad, the British automaker had introduced the G310R and the G310 GS motorcycles in India as well as in the global markets. These two models are based on the same platform that also underpins the TVS Apache RR 310. It is expected that the BMW could also bring the fully-faired version of the G310R, which is likely to share the design of the Apache RR 310.

Here is a rendering of the BMW’s entry-level fully-faired motorcycle, which artist called the S 310 RR. This follows the brand’s nomenclature for the fully-faired motorcycles – the BMW S 1000 RR. This could be the brand’s new entry-level SuperSport model.

TVS Motor Company is also rumoured to launch a naked version of the Apache RR 310. The same strategy BMW could also follow, and could bring the fully-faired motorcycle. The new motorcycle is also likely to be launched in India as well as in other developing nations.

The new rendering from Chetan Kale is the mix of the design of the S 1000 RR and the G 310 R. It is visible that the motorcycle gets the V-shaped side panel and the sharp fairing, which is inspired by the mini S 1000 RR.

The BMW entry-level motorcycles are powered by a 313cc, single-cylinder engine, which is paired to a 6-speed gearbox. This liquid-cooled engine that is capable of producing 34bhp of power at 9,500rpm and a peak torque of 28Nm at 7,500rpm. The motorcycles get upside down front forks at the front and monoshock with adjustable preload at the rear. It comes with ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) as standard.
