Production of the bikes is already under way at TVS Motor Company’s production plant in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.

The much-awaited BMW G 310 R and BMW G 310 GS entry-level performance motorcycle will go on sale in India tomorrow. Pre-bookings for both the vehicle were commenced on 8th June, 2018. Interested buyers have to pay a token sum of Rs 50,000 to place an order at any BMW Motorrad dealership. One can also request a call back by filling up an enquiry form online on the company’s official site. The bikemaker has confirmed that the deliveries will be made on a first come first serve basis.

BMW Motorrad claims that the G 310 R and G 310 GS will offer “unparalleled riding pleasure, pure performance and assured quality”. Designed for the Indian roads, BMW G 310 R and BMW G 310 GS are expected to cost around Rs 2.85 lakh and Rs 3.5 lakh respectively. Official prices will be revealed tomorrow. Both the motorcycles will be retailed and serviced via BMW Motorrad India’s dealerships. Interestingly, the company is also offering customized financial solutions to its customers. Buyers can get pre-approved loans even before delivery of the bikes. BMW Motorrad’s new dealerships in Chandigarh and Kolkata will begin taking pre-orders after the launch of the motorcycles.

In India, the BMW G 310 R and BMW G 310 GS will take on the TVS Apache RR310, KTM Duke 390 and Bajaj Dominar 400.
