Maruti Suzuki India’s tallboy car, WagonR is still among the most popular models for the carmaker. With best in class headroom, generous rear seat legroom the hatchback is spacious enough to comfortable accommodate four full size adults. It also gets practical utility space inside, although boot space could be better. Power on the entry level hatchback comes from Maruti’s 67bhp, 1.0-litre, three-cylinder, K-Series engine with a five-speed manual gearbox. Hyundai Eon
Based on Hyundai’s Fluidic design language, the entry level hatchback is readying for its first mid-life facelift in the coming months. In terms of design, it is probably one of the best-looking models in the budget space. As for the engine it is available with a 814cc petrol and 998cc petrol units. It also gets LPG option on select variants. Unlike its arch rival, Maruti Alto K10, the Korean hatchback is only offered with a manual transmission. Hyundai has loaded a bunch of tech inside including air conditioner, power steering, central locking, driver airbag, remote keyless entry, power windows.
