Paired to a 5-speed gearbox, the powertrain is good for 19.7PS of power at 5,500rpm and 28Nm of torque at 3,500rpm. The motorcycle has a kerb weight of 200kgs, and has a fuel tank capacity of 12-litres.
For suspension mechanism, the motorcycle gets 41mm telescopic front forks with 110mm travel and twin-spring shock absorbers with 65mm travel at the rear. Stopping power comes from 300mm front disc with two piston callipers and 240mm rear disc with single-piston calliper. Dual-channel ABS system comes as standard. The Imperiale 400 rides on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels shod with 110/90 and 130/80 section tyres respectively.
