Homegrown automaker, Bajaj has unveiled the new 2018 Bajaj V15 premium commuter motorcycle in the country. Besides 2018 V15, the company has also revealed the 2018 Bajaj V12 at the launch of new Discover range. As a reminder, the V15 is the first motorcycle from the homegrown two-wheeler maker in its new ‘V’ brand. Positioned between Discover 125 and Pulsar 150, this motorcycle has been marketed as lifestyle commuter. The 2018 V range comes with subtle design upgrades and improved seat cushions. Bajaj is also offering the motorcycle with one-year free insurance, which costs Rs 1,500. The 2018 Bajaj V15 also gets an added backrest, which will come handy for people usually ride with a pillion.

The most interesting aspect of this bike is that it contains metal from the INS Vikrant – India’s first aircraft carrier. Just so you know, the INS Vikrant had played a crucial role in 1971 Indo-Pak War. First commissioned in 1961, the INS Vikrant served the country for over 36 years before finally getting decommissioned in the year 1997. After that it was kept as a museum ship in Mumbai, and was sent to scrapyard in January 2014, but Bajaj didn’t let that happen. Read More – Bajaj Dominar 400 – All Details
