Bajaj Auto has launched the new Pulsar 125 Neon in the Indian market. The new Bajaj Pulsar 125 Neon is available in 2 variants – Drum brake and Disc brake – priced at Rs 64,000 and Rs 66,618 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Bajaj has already dispatched the new motorcycle to dealerships.

Powering the new Bajaj Pulsar 125 Neon is a 124.4cc, DTS-i engine that produces 12PS of power at 8,500rpm and 11Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm. Power is transmitted to the rear wheel via a 5-speed gearbox. Suspension mechanism comprise of telescopic forks at the front and twin gas shock absorber at the rear.

Riding on a wheelbase of 1,320mm, the new Bajaj Pulsar 125 is 2,055mm in length, 755mm in width and 1,060mm in height. The motorcycle has a ground clearance of 165mm, while the saddle height stands at 790mm. The motorcycle rides on 17-inch wheels shod with 80/100 and 100/90 section tyres at the front and rear respectively.

The Bajaj Pulsar 125 Neon comes with Neon coloured Pulsar logo and grab rails, 3D variant logo on the rear cowl and neon coloured streak on black alloy. It uses counter-balancer ensures that the engine gives less vibrations even at top speed. For braking system, the Bajaj Pulsar 125 NS gets 240mm front disc and 170mm drum at the rear. The drum variant gets 130mm rear drum brake and 170mm drum at the front. It comes with a kerb weight of 140kgs. The new motorcycle replaces the Pulsar 135 and is currently the most affordable Pulsar in India.
