Maruti Suzuki that launched the Swift facelift has unveiled an accessorized version of the hatchback at a concert recently. The accessorized Swift looks appealing and is equipped with additional features to add some sporty character.
The Swift facelift showcased was in white exterior paint with black contrast roof and a couple of stripes on its hood. The side profile of the hatchback sports ‘music’ decals that justify the Swift’s place at the concert. The Swift also features an aero kit comprises of side skirts and a sportier underlip at front bumper. Its alloy wheels get yellow paint, which is complemented by the big headset added to the rear of the car.
The vehicle showcased was the diesel version which is propelled by the 1.3-litre multi-jet unit. This engine is paired to a five-speed manual gearbox, and produces 74bhp of power and 190Nm of top torque. The company has tweaked the engine to offer more fuel efficiency. The updated Swift diesel is claimed to return an impressive mileage of 25.2kmpl, which is around 2.3kmpl more than the older model.
The Swift facelift now equipped with high end equipment including electrically adjustable and retractable ORVMs, keyless entry with push start/stop button, and new music system with Bluetooth connectivity, multi-functional steering wheel and others.
