4 Tata Cars To Get Updates In 2023- Facelift, CNG, EV

In 2023, Tata Motors will give updates to its 4 popular cars including Altroz premium hatchback, Punch mini SUV, Nexon subcompact SUV, Harrier and Safari. Here’re key details that we know so far on the upcoming Tata cars.

Recently, the new 2023 Tata Altroz was spotted testing in the country. The test mule features monotone alloy wheels and rear defogger that’s hint it was the top-end trim. Speculations are on rife that the carmaker might give a mid-life update the hatchback along with introducing a CNG version. The CNG variant is likely to feature a 1.2L turbo petrol engine with a factory-fitted CNG kit. Tata Harrier is reported to come with improved design, feature upgrades and a petrol engine in 2023. Rumour has it that the SUV’s updated version will receive a 360 degree camera, ventilated seats and air purifier along with a larger and updated infotainment unit. Though, the major update might come in the form of the ADAS (advanced driver assistance system). The 2023 Tata Harrier facelift will also get a new 1.5L turbo petrol engine making 150bhp. The new Tata Safari facelift is likely to witness a market launch in early 2023. The SUV will receive a few cosmetic changes, a bunch of new features and a petrol powertrain. Similar to the new Harrier, the 2023 Tata Safari facelift will come with the brand’s enw 1.5L turbo petrol motor that’s essentially the more powerful version of the Nexon’s 1.2L petrol unit. Compared to the regular petrol version, the Tata Nexon CNG will be slightly less powerful, but high on fuel efficiency. The factory-fitted CNG kit will surely eat up its boot space.
