Honda Motorcycle and Scooter has launched the OBD2B compliant 2023 H’ness CB350 & CB350RS in the Indian market. The new motorcycle range will be available at BigWing dealerships across India by the end of March 2023. The 2023 Honda CB350 is priced at Rs 209,857 and 2023 Honda CB350RS is priced at Rs 214,856 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Adding to it, the Japanese two-wheeler maker has also introduced a new customisation section for the CB350 customers – ‘My CB, My Way’. This Honda Genuine Accessories custom kits will be available across BigWing dealerships by the end of March 2023. The 2023 Honda CB350 range is powered by a 350cc, air-cooled 4 stroke OHC single-cylinder OBD2B compliant engine equipped with PGM-FI technology. This engine produces a maximum torque of 30Nm @3000rpm.
Honda engineers have placed the main shaft coaxial balancer on the cylinder to eliminate both primary & secondary vibrations. The CB350 exhaust system has a large tailpipe of 45mm to optimize balance for producing a bold low-pitched sound. The new motorcycle gets Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), which helps in maintaining rear wheel traction by detecting differences between front and rear wheel speeds, and calculates the slip ratio and controls engine torque via the fuel injection. HSTC can be turned ON/OFF using a switch on the left side of the meter. A ‘T’ indicator in the digital display flickers when the system is engaging.
The new Honda CB350 & New CB350RS DLX Pro variants now come equipped with the Honda Smartphone Voice Control System (HSVCS). Rider can connect his smartphone with the motorcycle via Bluetooth through the HSVCS application. This will allow riders to operate multiple features including phone calls, navigation, music playback and incoming messages.
The motorcycle also gets Assist & Slipper Clutch, which makes the gear shifts smoother while reducing clutch lever operation load. The Advanced Digital-Analogue Meter integrates details like torque control, ABS, side stand indicator with engine inhibitor, gear position indicator and battery voltage. The 2023 Honda CB350s now come with NEW Emergency Stop Signal (ESS) that quickly communicates sudden braking to the vehicles behind. When the ABS modulator detects sudden braking, the turn signals flash at high speed to warn the vehicles behind of quick deceleration.
The motorcycles get 310mm front disc and 240mm rear disc along with dual-channel ABS. The 2023 Honda H’ness CB350 comes with a new split seat as standard. Honda has also introduced a new customisation section for the CB350 customers – My CB, My Way. To be sold as Honda Genuine Accessories, HMSI will offer a 1 year standard warranty on them. The custom kits will be available across BigWing dealerships by the end of March 2023.
