The bigger battery model will be offered with a more powerful 6.6kW AC charger. It might also come with the selectable regeneration modes allowing deliver to adjust the intensity of regenerative braking.
A Few Design Changes
Subtle design changes will be made to the long-range Tata Nexon EV. It’s likely to feature newly-designed, dual-tone 16-inch alloy wheels. The automaker will also make a few changes to its floor pan to fit the bigger battery pack.
New Features
Reports suggest that the new Tata Nexon EV will have ventilated seats, air purifier, cruise control, electronic stability program (ESP) and a park mode on offer. Its interior layout and design, however, will remain unchanged.
Slightly Expensive
The 2022 Tata Nexon EV is likely to be priced slightly premium over the existing model that costs between Rs 14.54 lakh – Rs 17.15 lakh (ex-showroom). With longer range, bigger and more powerful motor, it will be an affordable alternative to the MG ZS EV and Hyundai Kona EV.
