Prices of the new 2022 Mahindra Scorpio N automatic, 4WD and 6-seater variants have finally been announced by the automaker. The automatic gearbox and 4X4 drivetrain system are available across three trims – Z4, Z8 and Z8L. The entry-level 2.0L petrol Z4 AT (7-seater) model costs Rs 15.45 lakh and the top-end 2.0L diesel Z8L AT (7-seater) has been priced at Rs 23.9 lakh (all, ex-showroom).
One must note that the AWD (all-wheel drive) system can be had with diesel engine only. The model lineup includes 3 manual AWD and 3 automatic AWD variants, which have been offered within the price range of Rs 16.44 lakh (diesel MT) – Rs 23.9 lakh (diesel AT).

The Mahindra Scorpio-N comes with two engine options – a 2.0L petrol and a 2.2L diesel. The gasoline unit delivers a claimed power of 200bhp with 370Nm of peak torque. The oil burner offers 130bhp with 300Nm on the entry-level Z2 trim and 172bhp with 370Nm from Z4 variants onwards. Both motors can be had with manual and automatic gearboxes.
With the generation change, the new Mahindra Scorpio N received several advanced connectivity features and comfort goodies. The list includes AdrenoX AI-based 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with the latest smartphone connectivity, a 7-inch fully digital instrument console, built-in Alexa, connected car tech, 3D Sony sound system, electric sunroof, dual-zone climate control, air purifier and many more.
On the safety front, the new Scorpio N offers 6 airbags, electronic stability program, tyre pressure monitoring system, hill hold and descent assist, ISOFIX child seat mounts, traction control, anti-lock braking system with electronic brakeforce distribution, a driver drowsiness detection system and rear parking camera.
