The new 390 ADV looks largely identical to the previous model, featuring the rugged ADV style. The visual changes are in line with the Dakar winning KTM Factory Rally machines. The motorcycle gets two new colour options – a grey/black scheme and a blue scheme – available with orange accents and unique body graphics. The new paint schemes are inspired by the bigger KTM bikes including the Adventure 890.

The 2022 KTM 390 Adventure comes with new tank shrouds and wider side panels for better control to the rider. Headlamp bezel has also been reduced to make the front end slightly lighter. KTM claims to have optimised the shape of the fuel tank to ensure freedom of the rider’s movement and control.

The new motorcycle gets the same split headlamp setup, a front visor, an underbelly bash plate, split seats, LED lighting system, an adjustable windscreen and a standard 12V charging port. The new 390 ADV features a coloured TFT instrument console with smartphone connectivity and an optional turn-by-turn navigation function.
