2021 Toyota Innova Crysta Facelift – What To Expect

Toyota Innova Crysta, the top-selling MPV from the Japanese carmaker, is all set to receive a mid-life update in coming months. While there is no official word about its launch timeline, reports suggest it might hit roads by the end of this year or early next year.

The 2021 Toyota Innova Crysta will be first launched in the Indonesian market, followed by India. As of now, the details of the updated model are scanty. Though, a latest digital rendering previews possible design changes that could be made on the MPV’s 2021 model year.

2021 Toyota Innova Crysta Features

The rendered new Innova Crysta facelift shares some of its design bits with the new Toyota Sienna that was recently unveiled by the carmaker. The latter one underpins the Toyota new-generation A-K (TNGA-K) platform. The curvy LED headlamps are exactly similar to the global-spec Sienna. While the Siena carries a wide gaping grille, the new Innova Crysta has a split grille design. The LED fog lamp assembly and front bumper have also been revised. Save for the newly-designed alloy wheels, the side profile looks exactly similar to the existing model. The rendering doesn’t show its rear section. Though, it’s likely to feature an updated bumper and new taillamp clusters. The carmaker might also make minor changes to its interior. The 2021 Toyota Innova Crysta facelift is likely to receive an updated touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone support.
