2021 Tata Harrier Dark Edition Teased – What To Expect?

Tata Motors is gearing up to launch Dark Editions of its four popular models, namely, Nexon, Nexon EV, Altroz and Harrier. All upcoming models were recently teased by the carmaker. While the Tata Nexon, Nexon EV and Altroz Dark Editions are scheduled to arrive on 7th July, the launch date of the updated Harrier Dark Edition is yet to be revealed. The first three models have already reached at dealerships and their unofficial bookings have been commenced. The company has dropped a teaser video of the 2021 Tata Harrier Dark Edition with the caption – “Dark is here to rule with Power”.

Details of the new 2021 Tata Harrier Dark Edition are still under the wraps. It’s likely to receive a few updates inside and out. The model will continue to feature the all-black exterior with Atlas Black paint scheme and darkened elements. The current version has grey headlamp inserts, black finished 17-inch alloy wheels and black finished faux skid plates. It wears a special badge (Dark) on the front fender.

The Harrier Dark Edition has ‘Blackstone Matrix’ inserts on the dashboard replaced the standard faux-wood inserts. It has gunmetal grey finish. Similar to the current model, the 2021 Tata Harrier Dark Edition will come with the 2.0L Kryotec diesel engine. The oil burner makes a top power of 170bhp and 350Nm of torque. Both 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearboxes will be on offer. At present, the Harrier model lineup includes 6 Dark Edition variants – XT, XT+, XZ, XZ, XZA, XZA+ – priced at Rs 17.06 lakh Rs 17.86 lakh, Rs 18.35 lakh, Rs 19.60 lakh and Rs 19.60 lakh respectively (all, ex-showroom).
