2021 Honda CB300R BS6 India Launch On The Cards

Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India launched the new classic motorcycles – the CB350 and the CB350 RS in the 350cc motorcycle segment, which is dominated by Royal Enfield. These motorcycles are sold through Honda’s BigWing premium dealership network. The company had discontinued the CB300R naked streetfighter in April 2020.

The Honda CB300R was discontinued due to the stringent BS6 emission norms adopted since April 1, 2020. It is expected that the naked roadster is now ready to make a comeback in the country with a BS6 compliant engine. In fact, Honda Two-wheelers has dispatched 8 units of the CB300R in India in April 2021.

The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer is working on increasing the BigWing dealership network. The company’s new models including the CB350 and the CB350 RS have received positive response from buyers. With the BS6-compliant CB300R, Honda aims to further boost sales of BigWing dealerships in the premium motorcycle space.
