Based on the India-spec Baleno facelift, the crossover carries roof bars, side moldings on the doors and mud guards.

Its height stands at 1505mm, thus making it 5mm shorter than the India-spec Baleno hatchback.

Upfront, the 2020 Suzuki Baleno Cross features a new three-dimensional grille with a thicker nozzle connecting the main lights.

The front bumper looks more sculpted. The explorer lights are separated by the air intake.

The newly-designed dual-tone alloy wheels, fenders on wheel arches, thick black plastic cladding at the bottom of the doors and roof bars enhance its side profile.

The crossover comes with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The multifunctional, 3-spoke steering wheel has been made of polyurethane.

2020 Suzuki Baleno Cross Interior

The vehicle offers a boot capacity of 355-liters that can be increased to 755-liters by folding the second row of seats.

The crossover can be had either with a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 4-speed automatic transmission.

Suspension duties are carried out by McPherson type upfront and a torsion bar unit at rear. The vehicle gets ventilated discs at the front and drum brakes at the rear with ABS (anti-lock braking system), EBD (electronic brake-force distribution) and BA (brake assist).

The safety kit includes dual airbags, three-point seat belts for all passengers, ISOFIX anchors for child seats, reverse sensor, anti-theft alarm and immobilizer.
