2020 Royal Enfield Thunderbird X 350 Final Model Revealed
A near-production model of the 2020 Royal Enfield Thunderbird X 350 has been spotted for the first time. The latest spy pictures reveal some interesting details of the bike’s new-generation model. The 2020 Royal Enfield Thunderbird X 350 features a new round LED DRLs (daytime running lights) around the headlamp. The dark paint theme and blacked out alloy wheels add more to its rugged appeal. The rear section has also been revised with a circular taillamp and low set turn indicators.
The new rider seat and better cushioned pillion seat enhance its comfort quotient. The 2020 Royal Enfield Thunderbird X 350 also gets a new single-pod instrument console with a LCD screen placed between the analogue speedometer. Major update will come in the form of a new engine and platform. The 2020 Royal Enfield Thunderbird X 350 will underpin a new twin-down pipe cradle chassis, and is expected to get a bigger capacity engine derived from the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 twins.
The bike’s new-generation model might come with the BS6-compliant 346cc motor. The disc brake has been shifted on the right hand side. The 2020 Royal Enfield Thunderbird X 350 is likely to source the suspension setup from the current model. In terms of pricing, the 2020 Royal Enfield Thunderbird X 350 will cost around Rs 15,000 – Rs 20,000 premium than the existing model.
