2020 Maruti Ignis Variant, Colour, Engine Details Revealed
The 2020 Maruti Suzuki Ignis facelift will make its debut at the Auto Expo 2020, followed by its launch. Ahead of its official unveiling, the variant, feature and colour details of the vehicle have leaked on the web. The Ignis’ updated model will be offered in 9 colour options (6 single tone and 3 dual-tone) – Nexa Blue, Glistening Grey, Uptown Red, Tinset Blue, Silky Silver, Pearl Arctic White, Tinsel Blue with Pearl Arctic White, Tinsel Blue with Midnight Black and Uptown Red with Midnight Black.
Powering the 2020 Maruti Ignis facelift will be the BS6-compliant version of the existing 1.2L K12M petrol engine. Similar to its BS4 version, the updated gasoline motor will deliver a peak power of 83PS at 6,000rpm and 113Nm of torque at 4,200rpm. Minor design changes will be made to the new Maruti Ignis facelift. The compact car will feature an all-new grille inspired by the S-Presso mini SUV along with the revised front bumper, new vertically mounted fog lamps and a faux skid plate. It will also get newly-designed LED taillamps with LED inserts and a skid plate.

Prices of the new Maruti Ignis facelift will be marginally increased. At present, the compact car comes in the price range of Rs 4.74 lakh (for the entry-level Sigma variant) – Rs 7.09 lakh (for the top-end Alpha AMT trim). All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
