2020 Mahindra Bolero Facelift – 5 Important Facts
Mahindra & Mahindra’s highly popular Bolero SUV is ready to get an update in the country. Ahead of its official launch, we have seen the multiple spy pictures of the 2020 Mahindra Bolero facelift revealing all important details. Here, we have listed the top 5 key features of the new Bolero.
1. BS6-Complaint Engine
One of the major changes will come in the form of the 1.5L mHawkD70 diesel engine meeting the BS6 (Bharat Stage VI) emission standards. The official power and torque output of the updated motor are yet to be revealed. The BS4 version delivers a peak power of 70bhp against 195Nm of torque. Transmission duties will continue to be performed by a 5-speed manual gearbox.
2. Tweaked Styling
Front fascia of the new Bolero will witness maximum changes. The SUV will get a revised black grille, new headlamps and re-designed bumper with circular fog lamps. The new body graphics, new door handle, black side rub-strips and footboard, new spar wheel cover and revised taillamps with clear lens elements add more to its new looks. 3. Revised Interior
The brown colour dashboard, glossy dark brown trim around the centre console and AC vent and dual-tone (beige-brown) seat fabric give it a refreshing feel and appeal. The steering wheel will be carried over from the TUV300. The SUV will also get a new gear knob, while the digital instrument will be carried over from the existing model.
4. Slightly Pricier

5. Launch Date
Mahindra hasn’t yet revealed the launch date of the new Bolero. Ahead of its official launch, the BS6 Mahindra Bolero has started reaching at the dealerships across the nation. It’s likely to see a release by the end of this month (March, 2020).
