2020 Jeep Wrangler India Launch On 9th August
The new-generation Jeep Wangler SUV will hit Indian roads on 9th August, 2019. Similar to the global model, the India-spec version is likely to come with both 3 and 5 door body styles. Here, it could be offered in the top-spec Wrangler Rubicon trim that might be named ‘Moab’. The Jeep Wrangler Moab is already on sale in select global markets as an off-road version of the SUV.
The 2020 Jeep Wrangler Moab looks slightly different from the Rubicon, thanks to its blacked out alloy wheels, off-road tyres and ‘Moab’ decals on the hood. Sitting on the new JL platform, the SUV’s new model is considerably lighter than its predecessor. Its new aluminum body panel, lightweight magnesium tailgate and steel doors, bonnet and fenders further shred its weight.
Upfront, the new Wrangler features the original CJ5-inspired 7-slate grille, new, wider fender flares, full LED headlamps and LED DRLs. The rear profile has been completely revised with new LED taillamps, repositioned license plate, larger tailgate, a reversing camera and slightly lower tailgate mounted spare tyre.
