2020 Hyundai Verna facelift Specs

The 2020 Hyundai Verna facelift was scheduled to be launched on March 26, that didn’t happen. The launch has been delayed due to coronavirus outbreak. Hyundai has already dispatched the new model to dealerships, revealing most of the details. The sedan is now expected to be launched in May 2020. Ahead of the launch, variants and prices of the Hyundai Verna facelift has been leaked on the web world.

2020 Hyundai Verna facelift Bookings

The new Hyundai Verna facelift will be offered in 3 trim levels – S, SX and SX (O) with prices starting from Rs 9.31 lakh (ex-showroom). It will be offered with 3 BS6-compliant eengines – a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol, a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder diesel and a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. While the petrol engine is good for 113bhp, the oil burner produces 113bhp and 250Nm of torque.

The turbocharged petrol engine is capable of producing 118bhp and 172Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to the front wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic. The naturally-aspirated petrol engine will be paired to a CVT automatic. A 6-speed manual gearbox will come as standard.
