2020 Hyundai Creta Launched At Attractive Price of Rs 9.99 Lakh
The long-wait for the 2020 Hyundai Creta is finally over, as the South Korean carmaker has launched the SUV in the country. Prices of the second-generation model start from Rs lakh and go all the way up to Rs 17.20 lakh (all, ex-showroom Delhi).

The new Hyundai Creta 2020 has witnessed significant changes inside and out. In fact, the SUV has received an all-new set of BS6-compliant engines borrowed from the Kia Seltos.
There are three powertrains – 1.5L U2 CRDi diesel (113bhp/250Nm), 1.5L naturally-aspirated petrol (113bhp/114Nm) and 1.4L GDi turbo petrol (138bhp/242Nm). The 1.5L petrol models are available with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed iVT automatic gearbox option. The 1.5L diesel version comes with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic torque converter gearbox. Mileage figures of the new Creta stand at 16.9kmpl (1.5L petrol) and 21.4kmpl (1.5L diesel). The new Creta offers three driving modes – Sports, Comfort and Eco.
While the all-black interior with contrasting red accents is reserved for the top-end SX (O) trim, the other variants get dual-tone black and beige interior theme. For the first time, the Creta has received an electric parking brake with auto hold function. The SUV offers a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone connectivity. The 2020 Hyundai Creta comes with a flat bottom, leather wrapped steering with mounted controls. There is a 7-inch TFT display instrument cluster positioned behind the steering. For entertainment purpose, the SUV offers an 8-speaker Bose sound system. It also comes with a 360 degree camera with buttons integrated on the centre console.
Hyundai’s BlueLink connected car technology is also on offer. It provides access to over 50 connectivity features in different categories. Safety features such as driver and passenger airbag, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, central locking, driver and front passenger seat belt reminder, front seat belts with pre-tensioners, Day/night IRVM and speed alert system are standard across the SUV lineup.
