2020 Honda WRV Facelift Bookings Open; Launch This Month
Official bookings of the 2020 Honda WRV facelift have been commenced from today (6th March). The vehicle can be pre-booking by paying an initial sum of Rs 21,000 at any authorized Honda dealership. The Honda WRV facelift will come with BS6-compliant petrol and diesel engines. Minimal changes will be made to its exterior. Honda has revealed that the compact SUV’s facelifted model comes with a LED package that includes advanced LED projector headlamps with integrated DRLs and position lamps, new LED fog lamps and new LED rear combination lamps. The compact SUV also gets a new front grille. The side profile remains unchanged.
As mentioned above, the WR-V facelift will come with the BS6-reay 1.2L petrol and 1.5L diesel engines. While the former makes a top power of 89bhp with 110Nm of torque, the latter delivers 99bhp with 200Nm of torque. Both motors will be paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox. Talking about the new WR-V, Mr Rajesh Goel, SVP & Director, Sales & Marketing, Honda Cars India Ltd. Said,“We are glad to open the bookings for the New WR-V which will go on sale later this month. At present, the Honda WR-V is available in the price range of Rs 8.08 lakh – Rs 10.48 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The updated model might witness a price hike of around Rs 7,000 – Rs 8,000.
