The new 2020 Honda Livo BS6 has finally been launched in the Indian market. Available in Disc and Drum variants, the updated BSVI compliant Livo is priced at Rs 69,422 (ex-showroom, Jaipur). The commuter motorcycle has received styling and features changes along with the updated BSVI compliant engine.
The 2020 Honda Livo BS6 is available in 4 colour options – Athletic Blue Metallic, Matte Axis Gray Metallic, Black and Imperial Red Metallic. In terms of styling, the commuter motorcycle gets new tank shrouds, bigger front visor and bold-looking fuel tank. It also comes with new refreshed digital analogue meter.
Powering the 2020 Honda Livo is a BSVI compliant, 110cc, single-cylinder air-cooled engine, which is benefitted with PGM-FI HET (Honda Eco Technology), eSP (Enhanced Smart Power) and Honda ACG starter silent starter. This is the same engine that powers the CD110, where it produces 8.8PS and 9.3Nm. In the BS6 form, the power output could be marginally reduced. The motorcycle also comes with engine kill-switch and side-stand cut off.
The motorcycle is based on the same single-downtube cradle frame chassis. Suspension mechanism comprises of telescopic forks at the front and twin-shock aborbers at the rear. The 2020 Honda Livo Drum variant gets 130mm drum brakes at both ends, while the Deluxe version gets 190mm front disc. Talking about features, the 2020 Honda Livo motorcycle gets DC headlamp, integrated headlamp beam and passing switch, service due indicator and new comfortable seat. Honda is also offering a six-year warranty package, which comprises of 3 years standard + 3 years optional extended warranty.
