2020 Datsun Redi-GO All Details Revealed
Recently, Datsun India released the first teaser pictures of the updated Redi-GO hatchback revealing its minor design details. Official prices of the model are likely to be announced in coming weeks. Prior to that, the exterior and interior details of the 2020 Datsun Redi-GO have been surfaced on the web. The hatchback’s updated model carries slimmer and sharper headlamps that seem inspired by the Nissan Kicks. The radiator grille is wider and taller than before.
The front bumper appears more muscular. The new Redi-GO also gets large L-shaped LED DRLs and LED fog lamps (first-in-the-segment). The new outside mirrors, new dual-tone wheel covers, new signature badge placed above the turn indicators and taillamps with new LED elements further enhance its new look. The 2020 Datsun Redi-GO will be offered in two new colours – Blue and Brown – along with the regular 5 shades – Opal White, Bronze Grey, Crystal Silver, Line Green and Ruby Red.
Noticeable changes have also been made inside the cabin. The updated Redi-GO has new Grey and Silver inserts along with a new 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto connectivity and voice command function. On the safety front, the 2020 Redi-GO hatchback offers driver and front passenger airbags, a reverse parking camera and retractable rear seat belts instead of the static reel unit. In order to make it comply with the new safety norms, the carmaker has made some changes to its body structure.
The new Datsun Redi-GO will come with BS6 0.8-L and 1.0L petrol engines paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox. An AMT unit will continue to be offered only on the 1.0L variants.
