2019 Maruti Suzuki WagonR S-CNG Launched; Priced From Rs 4.84 Lakh
The 2019 Maruti Suzuki WagonR S-CNG is made available in two variants – LXi and LXi (O).
Maruti Suzuki India has officially introduced the CNG version of the new-generation WagonR hatchback. The new 2019 Maruti Suzuki WagonR S-CNG has been made available in two variants – LXi and LXi (O) – priced at Rs 4.84 lakh and Rs 4.89 lakh respectively. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. The dual-fuel CNG models are around Rs 65,000 pricier than the standard petrol variants.
The 2019 Maruti WagonR S-CNG variant has been made available with a 1.0L petrol engine with a 5-speed manual transmission. This gasoline unit generates a top power of 68PS against 90Nm of torque. The LXi is the entry-level variant of the WagonR loaded with all basic features including front power windows, 13-inch steel wheels with 155.80 R13 tyres, manual AC unit, 12V charging socket, integrated headrests for the front and rear seats, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, speed alert system, seat belt reminder, door open warning, central locking and driver’s side airbag along with the optional passenger side airbag. The 2019 Maruti WagonR S-CNG comes as an option for the fleet and commercial market. The hatch’s new CNG variant will take directly on the Hyundai Santro CNG that costs Rs 5.24 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Though, the latter one has more features to offer. Currently, the new Maruti Suzuki WagonR carline is available in the price range of Rs 4.18 lakh – Rs 5.69 lakh (all, ex-showroom, Delhi).
