The 2019 Maruti Baleno facelift is likely to be launched in the first quarter of 2019, possibly around March.
It is no secret that Maruti Suzuki will introduce the Baleno facelift in the Indian market in early 2019. Ahead of the launch, clear pictures of the new model have been leaked on the internet. The 2019 Maruti Baleno facelift will continue with the existing engine setup and platform. However, the company has made subtle design changes to keep things fresh in the market.
Like the current car, the revised version of the Baleno will be sold through the NEXA outlets and will be available in 4 trim levels – Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha. The report claims that even the lower variants of the Baleno will come equipped with projector headlamps, which is currently available in top-spec Alpha trim only. In fact, the headlamp unit seems lifted from the Baleno RS and will have smoke-effect. Also See – Upcoming Maruti Suzuki Cars
The Baleno facelift won’t receive many changes in terms of design; however, the cabin is likely to receive some advanced features. The front fascia of the car looks similar to the existing model, but it gets new bumper that accommodates rectangular air dam and new fog lamp housings. Inside the cabin, the hatchback could get new seat upholstery, updated touchscreen infotainment system and an updated instrument cluster.
