Hero MotoCorp has launched 2 new scooters, the new Maestro Edge 125 and the new Pleasure Plus 110 in the market. The Hero Maestro Edge 125 is available in 3 variants – Carb Drum, Carb Disc and FI – priced at Rs 58,500, Rs 60,000 and the Rs 62,700 respectively. On the other hand, the 2019 Hero Pleasure Plus 110 is offered in two variants – steel wheels priced at Rs 47,300 and alloy wheels cost Rs 49,300. All prices are ex-showroom, New Delhi.

The Maestro 125 is basically the powerful version of the standard Maestro Edge. First unveiled at the 2018 Delhi Auto Expo, the new Maestro scooter is available with several new features like a semi-digital instrument console with service indicator, new LED headlamp on the front apron and textured seat. The Hero Maestro Edge 125 is powered by a 124cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that also powers the Destini. While the FI version produces 9.1bhp and 10.2Nm, the Carb model churns out 8.7Nm and 10.2Nm. The scooter comes fitted with Hero’s patented i3S technology that switches the engine off after idling and starts on throttling. Suspension mechanism comprises of telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock unit at the rear. For braking, the scooter gets disc brake with a single-piston caliper and a drum brake at the rear. The 2019 Hero Pleasure Plus 110 looks quite refreshing, thanks to contemporary styling and contoured lines. The scooter now gets a new instrument console, an open glove box behind the front apron, side stand indicator, larger boot with boot light and longer seat. Powering the scooter is a new 110.9cc, single-cylinder engine producing 8bhp of power and 8.7Nm of torque. For damping duties, the scooter gets bottom link-type front units and a monoshock at the rear. The scooter gets 130mm drum brakes at both ends along with IBS system. It is available in 7 colours – Green, Matte, Red, Solid Red, Blue, Grey, Black and White.
