2019 Ford Endeavour Bookings Open At Dealership Level – Report

2019 Ford Endeavour facelift will receive the entry-level 2.2L MT variant with 4X4 layout.

Ford India will soon introduce the updated version of its highly popular SUV – Endeavour. The media drive for the 2019 Ford Endeavour facelift has been scheduled for 19th-20th February, followed by its launch. Official launch date is yet to be announced by the carmaker, though rumours suggest it will hit showrooms on 22nd February, 2019.

According to Autocar, select Ford dealers have started taking pre-bookings for the new Ford Endeavour 2019 facelift. Interested buyers can book the SUV by paying a token amount of Rs 1 lakh. In the fully-fledged SUV space, the Endeavour will continue to take head-to-head against the Toyota Fortuner and Mahindra Alturas G4.

The report further claims that the new Ford Endeavour 2019 facelift will receive the entry-level 2.2L variant with manual gearbox and 4X4 drivetrain system. This base model was scrapped from the SUV carline in June, 2017. Some of the exterior changes will include a new radiator grille, revised bumper, headlamps with inserts, bigger alloys and newly-designed taillamps. Inside, the SUV will receive Ford’s Sync 3 infotainment system with smartphone connectivity along with features such as revised dashboard, soft touch materials, backlit buttons and subtle chrome bits. The SUV might also get a push-button start and power boot lit.
