2019 Bajaj V15 Power Up Launched; Priced At Rs 81,590
2019 Bajaj V15 Power Up is 1bhp more powerful than the old model.
Baja Auto has introduced the 2019 model year of its premium commuter – the Bajaj V15. Called the 2019 Bajaj V15 Power Up, the updated version gets a slightly more powerful (1bhp) and torqueier (0.3Nm) engine. Now, the 149.5cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor delivers power worth 13bhp at 8,000rpm and 13Nm of torque instead of 12bhp and 12.7Nm. According to a latest media report, the 2019 Bajaj V15 Power Up also gets a new gearbox shift pattern replacing the old all-up shift pattern. The bikemaker also made subtle graphic changes to the 2019 model year. The bike now gets slightly larger body graphics with different pattern on the side quarter panels and fuel tank. No other changes have been made to the bike. The 2019 Bajaj V15 Power Up features the same segment’s largest 33 diameter telescopic forks upfront and twin-spring loaded hydraulic type with gas filled rear suspension unit. The braking system consists of the same 240-dia disc and 130-dia drum brakes at the front and rear axles respectively. The bike still misses out on a single-channel ABS. As far as pricing is concerned, the 2019 Bajaj V15 Power Up costs similar to the old model. The bike is available at Rs 81,590 on-road in Pune.
