2018 TVS Wego Launched; Gets New Features & Colours
The new TVS Wego 2018 is made available Rs 53,027 (Ex-showroom Delhi).
TVS Motor Company today rolled out the updated version of its popular urban scooter – the Wego. Priced at Rs 53,027 (Ex-showroom Delhi), the new TVS Wego 2018 receives new body graphics and a pack of new features along with four colour schemes. The scooter comes with a 20-litre of utility box. As mentioned above, the new TVS Wego 2018 is available in four paint jobs including Red, Black, Grey and Blue. No changes have made to its engine. The refreshed version of the scooter uses the same 110cc, single-cylinder carbureted engine that’s good for 8bhp and 8Nm of torque.

TVS claims that Wego is India’s first scooter to feature a body balancing technology. It “combines ergonomic design with ideal engine placement to ensure the perfect centre of gravity”. It makes the vehicle “highly manoeuvrable and supremely stable on all road conditions”. In J.D. Power (Asia-Pacific) Quality 2016 and 2017 surveys, the TVS Wego achieved top position in the Executive Scooter category.
