British luxury SUV maker, Land Rover has launched the 2018 model year Range Rover family of cars in India with prices starting at Rs 1.74 crores (All-India ex-showroom). This is basically the mid-life facelift for this iconic SUV. For the first time, the 2018 Range Rover comes with the option of a hybrid power train. The 2018 Range Rover Sport model is priced at Rs 99.84 lakh (ex-showroom).

In terms of design changes, the 2018 Range Rover gets a sleeker grille, flanked by matrix LED headlamps. Other changes include new tail-lights and chunkier bumpers with integrated exhausts. Inside the cabin, the 2018 Range Rover gets the Touch Pro Duo infotainment system and a waterproof activity key. The 2018 Range Rover family is available with a variety of engine options ranging from a 2.0-litre turbo petrol to a 5.0-litre supercharged V8. This car also available with a hybrid system; however, this system is only being offered with the top-of-the-line SV Autobiography Dynamic LWB model. The engines are coupled to a ZF eight-speed automatic gearbox along with new Land Rover’s terrain response system.
