Those who are interested to purchase the Scout Bobber can place an order by paying an initial sum of Rs 50,000. Official bookings for the bike were commenced across the nation in August, 2017.
2018 Indian Scout Bobber Design Features
Sporting subtle aesthetic updates over the regular Scout, the new Indian Scout Bobber appears more muscular and aggressive. Designing elements such as chopped fenders, slightly shroud headlamp, dual-tone genuine leather bobber seat with new “Scout” badge marks, new engine covers, knobby tyres and bar-end mirrors contribute to its stripped down look.
There is lots of matte-black treatment all over the body. The company is also offering a custom pillion seat with the bike. The fuel tank badge is all-new with bold block lettering on it. The bike gets blacked-out exhaust shields and new tracker handlebars and footpegs, which have been sifted 38mm rearwards to the new cartridge forks up front. Compared to the regular Indian Scout, the Scout Bobber has more streamlined riding position – thanks to its new suspension unit and raised seat height. The company also offers a pack of accessories on the cruiser that will include mid-rise handlebars, premium leather passenger seat, saddle bags, a short windshield and slip-on exhausts.
