Based on Amaze S(O) variant, the new Honda Amaze Privilege Edition is priced at Rs 6.49 lakh and Rs 7.73 lakh for petrol & diesel respectively.

Honda Cars India has launched the new 2017 Honda Amaze Privilege Edition in the Indian market. The vehicle comes equipped with some new features, minor cosmetic upgrades and improved safety equipment. Interestingly, the new edition is based on the lower-spec Amaze S(O) manual trim. It is also equipped with a new infotainment system, which we have already seen on the new City sedan.

Talking about interior features, this new special edition gets 7-inch advanced touchscreen infotainment system with audio, video and navigation system. Besides, the 2017 Honda Amaze Privilege edition gets new beige colour seat covers and centre arm rest for the driver. On the exterior, this model has new body graphics and Privilege edition emblem. 2017 Honda Amaze Privilege Edition Price

The Privilege edition is available in both petrol and diesel avatar, and it is priced Rs 10,000 more than the regular variant. While the gasoline version is tagged at Rs 6.49 lakh, the diesel model costs Rs 7.73 lakh.

The new touchscreen infotainment system is basically Honda’s latest DIGIPAD infotainment system with a lot of functions which will give a lot of fun to the driver and passengers. It has in-built satellite linked 3D navigation, 1.5GB internal storage, MirrorLink support for smartphone connectivity, Voice commands, Bluetooth, USB, etc.

The 2017 Honda Amaze Privilege Edition’s premium new seat covers offer a very comfortable seating and are highlighted by the ‘Privilege edition’ embosed on them. While the centre arm rest for the driver enhances the comfort, the rear parking sensors offers convenient parking experience.

The limited edition model is based on the Amaze S(O) MT grade, which is equipped with features like dual airbags, ABS (in Diesel Variant) , Power Adjustable ORVMs, Steering Mounted controls, Driver Seat Height Adjuster, Digital AC Controls, Premium Dual tone interiors and others.

As a reminder, the Amaze sedan is available with two engine options – a 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol and a 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel. While the former is good for 87bhp of power and 109Nm of torque, the oil burner produces 99bhp and 200Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a CVT automatic unit.
